为凝聚各方研究精英，深入推动我国传播研究，复旦大学信息与传播研究中心决定创建“传播与中国”复旦论坛，为国内外学者提供交流和碰撞的平台。论坛每年一届，以专题研讨为形式，每一届会议为一个论题；追求高起点、高层次、有创见，重学术质量、学术规范而不求规模；以开放性为宗旨，力求成为不同学科、不同国籍，对传播研究有兴趣的研究者共同参与、切磋磨励的公共学术空间。

2007年“传播与中国”复旦论坛，将由复旦大学信息与传播研究中心、复旦大学新闻学院、复旦大学媒介素质研究中心联合主办，定于2007年12月7-9日在上海举行，论题是：媒介素养与公民素养。

自媒介素养教育于上世纪30年代逐渐兴起以来，在全世界许多国家已经成为具有一定规模的社会运动，理论研究也日益丰富。在众多的研究者和社会运动推动者看来，媒介素养的目标在于建立理想的公民理念，媒介素养教育的过程是一个以健康民主为目的的社会问题校正过程。媒介素养作为现代社会公民素养培育的重要方面，对于当前的中国社会而言，显得更为重要。在新传播技术日新月异，传播内容无孔不入，社会冲突不断产生，社会公民素质亟待进一步建设的背景下，如何使用媒介，并发挥媒介良好作用，建设和谐富裕文明社会，具有不可忽视的重大意义。为进一步推动我国媒介素养的研究和实践运动，同时考虑我国媒介素养研究和实践的基本情况，本次论坛拟设如下子课题：

1） 全球传播与媒介素养

2） 世界媒介素养运动的现状与趋势

3） 媒介素养与青少年社会化

4） 媒介素养与公民社会参与

5） 媒介素养与社会变革

6） 媒介素养与教育

7） 新技术环境下的媒介素养理念与实践

8） 媒介文本、媒介生产与媒介素养

组委会热诚欢迎来自世界各地的新闻传播学者和社会学、教育学、心理学、政治学等其他相关社会科学领域的研究者，围绕本次论坛的主题及子课题积极投稿，也欢迎组织panel或workshop。提交的论文必须是没有以任何形式发表过。提交论文全文和panel或workshop计划的截止时间为2007年6月30日。组委会将聘请有关专家组成学术委员会对论文、panel或workshop计划进行匿名评审。评审通过者将于2007年9月30日前收到组委会的正式邀请函参加论坛。同时组委会将通过电子邮件通知所有提交论文的作者是否入选。优秀论文会后将结集出版。

Media Literacy and Citizenship

Call for Papers

Center For Information and Communication Studies Fudan University has set the stage for the launching of Communication and China Fudan Forum as part of its institutional commitment to global intellectual exchange. The forum is expected to gather seasoned researchers both at home and abroad to a platform of ideas, that celebrates diversity of viewpoints and contribution to knowledge in China’s communication research. The forum, to be held annually, focuses on one specific theme each year, with a clear emphasis of quality, originality, integrity, and the highest possible academic standards. The forum has as its mission the fundamental quest of an open academic sphere where like-minded scholars of diverse disciplines and nationalities could engage in lively debates about key issues in communication research.

Communication and China Fudan Forum 2007 is hosted jointly by Center for Information and Communication Studies, Journalism School, Center for Media Literacy Studies of Fudan University. Conference dates: December 7-9, 2007

Conference theme: Media Literacy and Citizenship

Since its inception and graduate emergence in the 1930s, media literacy education has developed into social movements of recognizable scales. Academic research in this area has also accrued to a sizable body of literature. In the eyes of many scholars and social activists, the main objective of media literacy is the construction of citizenship ideals. Viewed in this light, the process of media literacy can be seen as one of social correction toward a healthier democracy. As an integral aspect of citizenship education, media literacy assumes immediate social relevance and historical urgency in today’s Chinese society. The salience of media literacy has been brought afore in the context of rapidly advancing technology, omnipresent media message, rampant social strife, and increasing amelioration of citizen ideals. Chief among the issues are: how to use the media; how to rectify media functions, and ultimately, how to build a society of harmony and wealth. In keeping with the goal of facilitating media literacy in China, the upcoming conference has set up the following divisions:

1) Global communication and media literacy

2) Current state and continuities in world media literacy movements

3) Media literacy and youth socialization

4) Media literacy and citizen participation

5) Media literacy and social change

6) Media literacy and education

7) Media literacy principles and practice in the era of new technology

8) Media text, media Production and media literacy

The conference organization committee welcomes submissions by interested scholars in the fields of journalism and communication, education, psychology, political science and other related academic disciplines throughout the world. Panel and workshop proposals are also welcome. Papers already published in any form are not accepted. All submissions go through blind peer reviews. Authors whose papers are accepted will be notified no later than September, 30, 2007. A conference proceedings containing accepted papers will be published.

附：论文格式：

1） 来稿应包括封面、摘要、正文、参考文献等。为便于匿名审阅，正文请勿出现可能透露作者身份的文字。

2） 封面：注明论文题目和所有作者的姓名、任职机构、职称、联络地址、电话、电邮等。并注明该论文提交给2007传播与中国复旦论坛匿名评审。

3） 摘要和关键词（第2页）：中英文论文摘要均以250字为限；应包括研究问题、目的、方法、发现等。关键词不超过5个。中文使用宋体五号，英文使用Times New Roman 12。

4） 正文：标题位置：置中，用黑体字；其余中文使用宋体五号，英文使用Times New Roman 12；子题位置：靠左对齐；次级子题位置：靠左对齐，以罗马数字（I、II、III、IV ……）标示。中英文论文正文字数上限均为一万字。

5） 注释和参考文献：使用APA格式，参考文献应包括作者姓名、出版时间、标题、卷/期数、页数、出版地、出版社等。中英文书目并存时，先排中文，后排英文；中文作者（或编者）用全名，以姓氏笔划排序；英文作者（或编者）姓在前，名缩写于后，以字母次序排列。同一作者的著作，按出版年份排列，新作在前，旧作在后。若出自同一年份，在年份后标示abc。参考文献以外必要的注释统一使用脚注。
