Write an essay of 160-200 words based on the following drawing. In your essay, you should:
 1) describe the drawing briefly,     2) explain its intended meaning, and then
 3) state your point of view.

I reckon that the consciousness of maintaining health is significant for both individuals and the whole society. On the individual level, it is vividly evidenced by the man in the picture that his exercise improves his health and mood as well.
